Clinical Health Appraisals (CHA) is a Wellness in the Workplace company. Our goal is to guide the owners of small business and HR teams to help their employees live healthier and happier lives.
What We Do
CHA provides On-Site Biometric Screenings, Flu Vaccination Programs, Health and Wellness Educational Seminars and One-on-One Financial Coaching to increase health, reduce turnover and increase productivity of their employees.
Vision
CHA will be the best provider of a solution-based Wellness Program in California. We will serve large and small businesses, hoping to serve and educate all types of people (from the CEO to the entry-level employee) to live a healthy lifestyle.
Core Values
CHA has three Core Values that correspond with the initials of our company.
Consistency
CHA values consistency. We place an extremely high value on consistently showing up on time with all of the required supplies so the event goes as smoothly as possible. CHA aims to hire staff who are consistent as well. We hire staff who will be at the event when we ask them to be there with the supplies they need.
Healthy
CHA wants all people to be emotionally and physically healthy, so we hire staff who are healthy emotionally and physically. Our company exists to help our clients promote health in their employees, and we also promote health in the life of our employees.
Adaptability
Since we go to the companies workplace, and no two workplaces are the same, it is important for our company to be adaptable to every circumstance. We will make whatever space we are provided work for us. We look for staff who can be flexible and adapt to different circumstances and environments.
Meet Our Team
CHA utilizes a variety of professionals with medical experience and wisdom to provide the highest quality service for the corporate workplace. Among our staff are Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Phlebotomists, Medical Assistants, Health Educators, Nutritionists, Certified Massage Therapists, and Emergency Medical Technicians. Our staff not only convey the message of healthy living, but strive to achieve it in their everyday lives as well. They are highly personable and their ability to relate with everyone from field laborers to executives makes them our most valuable resource.
Jared Otto
CEO
Jared assumed the role of CEO at CHA in 2022, driving the company’s mission to elevate on-site wellness programs and services for clients, their employees, and broader communities. With CHA since 2007, he has held diverse roles, contributing extensively to the organization’s growth and success.
Mike Otto
Project Manager/Founder
Mike, the founder of CHA, stepped back from daily operations in 2022 but remains a vital resource for the company. He continues to contribute to the organization he established, leveraging his extensive experience to support CHA’s ongoing success.
Valerie Tiche
Office Manager
Valerie joined CHA in 2021, initially supporting on-site events before transitioning to the office in 2022. Promoted to Office Manager in August 2023, she plays a key role in daily operations, contributing significantly to CHA’s ongoing success and growth.
