What is an On-site Biometric Screening Program?
This screening assesses critical health markers like elevated cholesterol, high blood pressure, excessive body fat, and early diabetes indicators. Employees receive a personalized report of their numbers, and if anything is out of range, our team provides encouragement and tips for healthier living, suggesting a visit to their doctor if needed. These metrics are vital for tracking overall wellness.
Basic Assumptions
- Pricing Basis: Single-worksite, single-day programs (multi-day events available—contact us for details).
- Service Duration: 3–7 hours, depending on the committed participant minimum.
- Included Services:
- Online scheduling with tablet-based biometric screenings (paper-based screenings incur an additional fee).
- Point-of-care testing with results reviewed within minutes.
- Tablet-based Health Risk Assessments (HRA) and biometrics with immediate electronic reporting.
- Aggregate summary report (included for tablet-based programs; additional fee for paper-based).
- Discounts: Prices listed are before discounts from the Year-Long Wellness Program (if enrolled).

There is no charge for travel within 125 miles one-way of Sacramento.
