• Silver: This plan gives you an affordable and powerful snapshot of your health in minutes. Pick either the non-fasting standard blood panel or upgrade to the fasting comprehensive panel for just $5 more per participant. Priced lower than the Gold Plan, it's the smart and quick way to gain valuable clarity in just minutes!

• Bronze: This plan delivers our most affordable entry point to proactive health insights with a quick and reliable standard blood panel (non-fasting preferred for maximum convenience). Although our most lowest priced screening, don't let that fool you as it delivers exceptional quality and essential clarity on your wellness in minutes, making it the perfect starting point to prioritize healthly living today!

Boost workplace wellness with our on-site flu vaccine clinics. 

What's included:

• Vaccine administered by fully qualified and licensed field staff
• Online registration (at no additional cost) with data uploaded to CAIR II Database
• Promotional flyer, QR Code, and Email templates (when it's an online registration clinic)
• All vaccines are preservative-free and single-dose
• Optional high-dose vaccine available (for an additional cost per shot)

Using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)-7 tool, this online screening helps identify anxiety symptoms. Check out this FAQ for more information.

This screening measures the density of the bone can equip a participant with information of how bone mass is measured, what factors can strengthen or weaken bone, as well as raise awareness about low bone mass (osteopenia) and osteoporosis.

Using Dermascan technology (DermaScan Face Viewer), our trained staff can see sun damage that is otherwise typically not visible with the naked eye. This is a non-invasive screening that can provide an indicator of what your skin has gone through over the years NOT a diagnosing tool.

Hybrid Model - Recommended

• This model offers both the TB Risk Assessment AND TB Skin Test IF a participant fails the assessment. The TB Skin will be administered by a nurse and within 48 to 72 hours, a nurse will return to take a reading.

TB Skin Test (TST)

• The TB Skin will be administered by a nurse and within 48 to 72 hours, the nurse will return to take a reading.

TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire (TBRA)

• The TB Risk Assessment asks a series of questions to assess the risk level of a participant. IF a participant fails the assessment, they will be informed immediately to seek out a consultation with their main provider.

HbA1c Diabetes Screening

• The A1C test shows the average blood sugar level over the past 3 months and it checks how much sugar is stuck to the hemoglobin in the red blood cells. It is recommended for someone over 45 years old, someone who is overweight, and someone who has any other risk factor for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes.
