Employees can complete the process at their convenience, with results sent directly to their email via a HIPAA-compliant link. Depression Mental Health Screening (Coming Soon) – Based on the PHQ-9, this online assessment screens for depression symptoms. Results are emailed, and it comes with a report offering practical steps to improve mental well-being in your workplace. The current price per participant is TBD.
Here’s how the process works:

- Free Sample for HR Representatives:
- Upon request, all HR Representatives can experience the GAD-7 Mental Health Screening Assessment firsthand by requesting the link here.
- Assessment Window: Each client chooses a week for their employees to take the assessment.
- Service Includes:
- HR Representatives will receive:
- An introductory email template for employee communication.
- A recommended email schedule for participant engagement.
- A company-specific Clovi registration link with a unique Group ID Code (HIPAA Compliant).
- A detailed recommendation report for addressing workplace anxiety (Recommendation Report Sample).
- A list of the participant’s names (no other information due to HIPAA requirements) after the assessment window closes.
- Participants will receive:
- A HIPAA compliant email via Clovi within hours (on business days) that contains a link to log into their account to view their results PDF. This PDF includes their score, symptom insights, and resources dependent on the score.
