Hybrid - TBRA + TST

This model offers both the TB Risk Assessment AND TB Skin Test IF a participant fails the assessment. The TB Skin will be administered by a nurse and within 48 to 72 hours, a nurse will return to take a reading.

Pricing: $170 per hour (minimum 3 hours) plus $200 for the return trip (if anyone fails the assessment)

TB Skin Test (TST)

The TB Skin will be administered by a nurse and within 48 to 72 hours, the nurse will return to take a reading.

Pricing: $38 participants (minimum 22-participants) plus $200 for the return trip

TB Risk Assessment (TBRA)

The TB Risk Assessment asks a series of questions to assess the risk level of a participant. IF a participant fails the assessment, they will be informed immediately to seek out a consultation with their main provider..

Pricing:

$145 per hour, 4 hour minimum (in-person)
$135 per hour, 3 hour minimum (online)
