Program Services
- Vaccine administration by fully qualified and licensed field staff
- Online registration (standard) with data uploaded to CAIR II Database
- Promotional flyer template included with online registration clinics
- Paper registration available for a $5 surcharge
- All vaccines are preservative-free and single-dose
- High-dose vaccines: $100 per shot (minimum 5 shots)

Please view CHA’s Cancellation Policy before booking your event(s). There is no charge for travel within 125 miles one-way of Sacramento. Costs for travel over 125 miles will be given upon price quote. Additional nurse hours over clinic length are $120 an hour.
